Neo Healar Use
Neo Healar is available in two forms, 30g ointment and suppositories (in 10s).

I don't mean to be graphic but I wanted to recommend this product Neo
Healar for piles. I used to suffer form bad piles for YEARS and tried
everything as well as a fibre rich diet. After two applications of neo
healar the piles have not reoccured in over a year, that is an all time
record for me...
Two of my friends had the surgery and the piles came back but since recommending
neo healar to them the piles have gone. Piles are very common.

Alley - Treatment for piles
I got some of the "Neo Healar" -- and take it from me -- the suppository
version is waaaaaaayyyyy too strong. Hontestly, I think I dried out or burned
the area, and I had worse effects for a week or so (really painful too,
considering I was already in pain). However, the "normal" cream version
I found pretty good. Mildly astringent (really mild) and also soothing.
I found it okay-to-good relief for one suffering from an anal fissure as
well as having chronic hemorrhoids.
